Pleiades, also known as the 7 Sisters or M-45, is a 7-star cluster that illuminates the night sky and has been a guiding light for ancient civilizations, including the Incas, Mayans, Aztec and Greeks, in marking the changing seasons for planting, harvest and navigation, and is also linked to major ceremonial turning points and remembrance.
We base our services on this historic and fundamental guidance to celebrate life's evolving seasons, with an intentional change in the spelling of our company to PleAIdes, bringing a modern and relevant lens based on our professional technology expertise, to simplify life planning from the trust and estate stage through elder care.
We are a husband and wife who together are managing our own estate planning, coordinating the details with six adult children with lives of their own across the country, and simultaneously managing an aging parent in another city with distinct quality of life goals. Each of these experiences is unique to our circle, yet what is required to manage them creates a common need among us for clarity, coordination and communication.
In living within this rich complexity, and this new stage of life, our hope is to share the online tools we have been building for decades to illuminate and simplify what we collectively share in our multi-dimensional roles as parents, spouses, partners, friends, siblings and children.

Why Pleiades?
In 2026, after selling our AI-driven technology company to a Fortune 500, we were juggling the adjustment to retirement, working on our own planning and life goals, experiencing our adult children launch their own lives, and coordinating the future care decisions of a 90-year old mother in great health, but in Chicago with family in AZ and NY.
As we began to talk to friends we found we all shared similar challenges in bringing balance to managing this new stage of life, and realized our combined expertise in entrepreneurship, technology, AI, corporate leadership and strategy consulting could bring meaningful value as we navigate these seas together.
